You can set the starting date so you can predict you payments in the future including the amounts going to the interest, to the principal and the balance of your loan.
This App is a great tool when you are planning to get a loan to buy a HOUSE or CAR or any conventional loan, as easy to set the loan amount, the time in months or years to payoff your loan and the interest rate, then the App will calculate your monthly payments and the amortization (all payments history) of you loan, if you want to check how much have you paid of interest in any specific payment you just have to TOUCH the payment in the list that you want and the app will show you the total amount of interest paid until that payment.
Even if you have already a loan you could set the starting date when you loan started and know how much your actual balance is today or in any time in the future helping you to make the right decision when you are planning to payoff your balance or any plan that you could have.
